JEAN-PIERRE BOISSONNEAULT : PRESIDENT Completed courses in Marketing and International Commerce from École des Hautes Commerciales of Montreal, Mr. Boissonneault has significant experience in business development and international trade. He acquired a solid expertise with corporations such as Crescent Finance, Société Nationale de Fiducie and Fiducie Desjardins In 1991, with his combined experience in business management and financing, Mr. Boissonneault founded Elite Capital Group to help businesses with financial and organizational strategies suited to their specific needs. Mr. Boissonneault is very active on professional and social grounds. He was President of Regroupement des gens d'affaires de Montréal. Jean-Pierre also sits on different Boards of Directors and he was Honorary President of the Montreal Formula 1 Grand Prix. Mr. Boisonneault is deeply involved as an active member of social organizations and he officiates in numerous events and fund raising activities. With the Annual Jean-Pierre Boissonneault Classic Golf Tournament, he supports the Ste. Justine Hospital Foundation and other Foundations in the health sector.

JEAN BOLDUC : With both an undergraduate degree in accounting from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and a second level university degree in business administration from l'École des Hautes Études Commerciales (major in finance), Jean Bolduc worked just as much for private businesses as within major finance institutions. His education led him to obtain the tiles of CGA and MBA. He also worked in real estate, human and financial management. Jean also managed expansion projects at Pomerleau Construction. Then, he worked at Mouvement Desjardins for 18 years in all lines of management, either at the branch (Caisse) level, risk management and specifically in the network of the Business Financial Centres where he managed numerous teams assigned to real estate financing, SME and SE, area where he successfully conducted several complex transactions. Jean also took an active role in the growth of the Financial Centre. In doing so, he brought the organization to levels of asset management never attained before. His contribution was top ranked strategic in the restructuring of the operational and management models. His desire to go back to the private sector led him to assume a General Management position for two years within a medium size company in the Optical sector serving the North American market with installations in China. During this mandate, Jean conducted the appropriate strategic analysis, he changed the organization's chart, redefined roles and responsibilities and inspired a sales corporate culture and mobilized the teams towards the achievement of goals. Thanks to his expertise in financing, strategic analysis, human resources and organizational management, all backed up by his academic training, Jean is, with no doubt, a man of action and results. Completely dedicated to his customers and fully qualified to carry on mandates of various natures, he identifies innovative solutions to bring his assignments to term.

PIERRE BÉLANGER, CMA : V.P. ADMINISTRATION Pierre Bélanger is a graduate of l'École des Hautes Études Commerciales. He has over 30 years of experience in finance, operations management and business development. Mr. Bélanger has held several senior positions in major companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Bombardier, SNC Lavalin and General Dynamics. Pierre has collaborated with Elite Capital Group since 2008 while being actively involved on the board of directors of Technopôle Défense et Sécurité, on the committee Accord de la Région de la Capitale Nationale, and he is also President of the niche of excellence "Applied Technologies".

ROBERT L. BLEAU : Graduated from the advanced university course given by the Real Estate Canadian Institute in collaboration with the UQAM, Mr. Bleau has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate field. In 1988, he started his own business, specialized in the management of commercial and industrial real estate portfolios. He can accompany all customers of the Elite Capital Group in their real estate buying, relocation, expansion or selling projects. He has a proven record of successfully conducted complex real estate transactions which can help our customers save time and substantial amounts

MICHEL FORTIN: Michel Fortin is a model of entrepreneurship, both as a senior consultant and as a business owner. Chartered accountant graduated from the University of Sherbrooke in 1980, he helped turn around numerous multi-million dollar companies. He was owner and CEO of a major Canadian manufacturer until last year. He has a flair for successfully negotiating complex agreements and a proven track record of selling new concepts. His enthusiasm, professionalism and management approach breeds' loyalty and dedication even the most difficult of circumstances.

ANDRÉ MARSAN, C.A.: Since he graduated from l'École des Hautes Commerciales in 1970, Mr. Marsan has worked as Chartered Accountant in major corporations such as Canam Manac and Dominion Bridges. With his solid experience in Finance and Business Management, André founded his own management firm in 1999, Groupe Conseil Marsan Inc.

PIERRE SAUVAGEAU, CA : A graduate from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (class of 1986), Pierre Sauvageau is a member of l'Ordre des Comptables Agréés du Québec. He worked in private practice and within companies where he acquired a diversified expertise. In 2001, he created his own practice, Sauvageau Boulerice CA inc., (www.sauvageauboulerice.com), offering complete services in accounting, taxation and company financing.
